Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring Oil Change Team Members. No experience is required; you will be trained to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, and other light maintenance while learning in a fast-paced shop environment.

Base pay ranges from $11.00 to $13.90 per hour with possible commissions and bonuses. The role offers full-time schedules, paid training, and potential for advancement to management as many Shop Managers started as lube techs.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
