Take 5 Oil Change is seeking upbeat, customer-focused team members for full-time crew roles and lube tech positions in Ohio. No experience is required, and we provide training to become a knowledgeable lube technician who can perform oil changes, blade/air-filter replacements, and basic vehicle maintenance while you learn and grow within the company.

Base pay ranges from $11.00 to $13.90 per hour with potential commissions; driven by location and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
