Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members in Ohio. No experience is required; we will train you to become a skilled lube technician capable of changing oil, replacing wiper blades and filters, and performing light maintenance.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay plus commissions, plus paid training and growth opportunities. Full-time schedules are available; benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and a quick path from technician to manager.

Qualifications

• No experience required; you will be trained as a lube technician.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be 18+ (16+ in some states).

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids; perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the shop floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
