Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at shift start and end.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report supply needs to the Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to the Center Manager or Assistant Center Manager when needed.
• Escalate safety, security, or behavior concerns to the District Manager if necessary.

As the Key Holder, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic automotive knowledge and strong leadership potential.ResponsibilitiesUnlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shiftsIn the absence of the Center Manager is responsible for daily deposits to bank and securing the location safeEnsure the security of cash from the register drawer and closure of the store safe, in accordance with established protocolsAssist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiencyPerform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle servicesMaintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center ManagerUphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areasProvide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaintsReport any anomalies to the Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, in the absence of the Center ManagerEscalate unresolved matters of safety, store security or team member behaviors to District Manager, if necessaryTrain and mentor new employeesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirementsPrior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plusStrong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detailBasic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learnAbility to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekendsMust pass company background checkMust be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
