Job summary

Grease-Monkey is seeking a dependable Key Holder to open/close the Quick Oil Change center and support daily operations. You will help with oil changes and basic vehicle services while leading the team to maintain workflow efficiency.

You will manage deposits, secure the location, and ensure safety and cleanliness. The role requires 18+ with a valid license and strong communication for great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or retail environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at the start and end of shifts.
• Handle daily deposits and secure the store safe.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to the Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Escalate safety, security or team issues to the District Manager when needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

As the Key Holder, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service.
