Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• In the absence of the Center Manager, handle daily deposits to bank and secure the location safe.
• Ensure the security of cash from the register drawer and closure of the store safe, per protocols.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager in absence of Center Manager.
• Escalate unresolved safety, store security or team behavior issues to District Manager if needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
