Grease-Monkey is seeking a dependable Key Holder to open/close the service center, support daily operations, and lead the team. You’ll ensure efficient service and friendly customer interactions while handling basic vehicle services and maintaining store security.

Ideal candidates have service/retail experience, strong reliability, and excellent communication. Flexible hours, weekend availability, and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Lead team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Escalate safety, security, or behavior issues to District Manager when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues.

As the Key Holder, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service.
