Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Colorado is seeking a dependable Key Holder to support daily service-center operations. You will open/close the location, help lead the team, and ensure efficient workflow while performing basic vehicle services and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. Automotive knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to mentor staff and handle deposits when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• In the absence of the Center Manager, manage daily deposits to bank and secure the location safe.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Escalate safety, security, or behavior issues to District Manager if necessary.
• Train and mentor new employees.

As the Key Holder, you’ll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service.
