Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is hiring a Lube Technician / Ground Person to support preventative maintenance and daily plant operations in the River Valley area of Oklahoma. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe working practices, and teamwork to keep equipment running reliably.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16-$19 based on experience, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and standard medical/dental benefits through CRH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Apply lubricants to conveyor bearings, crushing equipment bearings, and other plant components to prevent premature wear and ensure reliability.
• Perform thorough visual inspections of equipment and plant areas for leaks, wear, or maintenance concerns.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend servicing or repairs as needed.
• Operate a skid steer and other assigned equipment safely and responsibly.
• Wash down and maintain plant areas to support housekeeping, safety, and production standards.
• Assist with plant maintenance tasks, repairs, and general labor as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
