Job summary

Holliday Sand & Gravel Company, a CRH company, is seeking a hands-on Lube Technician in Kansas to support preventative maintenance and daily plant operations. You will inspect equipment, apply lubricants, and assist with maintenance tasks to keep production running reliably.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a Class B CDL with air brakes, tanker and hazmat endorsements, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Apply lubricants to conveyor bearings, crushing equipment bearings, and other plant components to help prevent premature wear and support reliable equipment performance.
• Perform thorough visual inspections of equipment and plant areas, including checking for leaks, wear, or other maintenance concerns.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend additional servicing or repairs when needed.
• Operate a skid steer and other assigned equipment safely and responsibly.
• Wash down and maintain plant areas to support housekeeping, safety, and production standards.
• Assist with plant maintenance tasks, repairs, and general labor as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
