Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Texas is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn essential vehicle maintenance skills. You’ll be trained in our method for job acceleration and growth while delivering safe, quality service to customers.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks, checking fluid levels, replacing air and cabin filters, wipers, batteries, and performing safety checks. You’ll work with a team in a clean shop and must be reliable, trainable, and ready to grow.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to use basic computer systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, wipers, and fluids.
• Check and adjust under-hood fluid levels and safety checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required training; attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
