Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician responsible for learning to perform basic vehicle maintenance safely and accurately, following the company’s methods to accelerate growth and career path.

You will assist with tasks such as replacing filters, checking fluids, batteries, tire pressure, windshields, and routine shop clean-up, while maintaining a respectful workplace and adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Complete all required training for the position.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks (filters, fluids, batteries, tires).
• Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
• Maintain time records accurately.
