Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to acquire the skills and perform basic maintenance on customers’ vehicles. You will be trained to follow our method for job acceleration and growth within the team.

You will assist with general duties and learn essential tasks such as air and cabin filter replacement, battery checks, tire pressure adjustment, windshield cleaning, and safety inspections while keeping accurate time records and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to skilled lube technicians learning automotive maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to use basic math.
• Ability to safely operate tools and learn company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete required training and attend team meetings.
• Assist in vehicle service and basic maintenance tasks.
