Paycom is seeking entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians to learn and grow with us. The role involves basic vehicle maintenance steps such as replacing filters, checking fluids, testing batteries, and topping up tires.

You will perform safety checks while maintaining a high standard of service and workmanship. You will be trained in our method for job acceleration and career growth, with uniform shirts, jacket and belt provided.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math skills.
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning, including mopping, window washing and restroom cleaning as applicable.
• Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Check and adjust under-hood fluid levels; service and test vehicle batteries.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure; perform safety checks.
• Maintain safety guidelines and complete required training.
• Attend team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
