Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn and perform safe, basic vehicle maintenance on customers' vehicles. You will gain hands-on experience with routine tasks and a clear growth path within the team.

As part of daily operations, you’ll assist with general center maintenance, cleaning, and basic record-keeping, while following established grooming standards and safety guidelines to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic math skills for computations and measurements.
• Ability to learn and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning (mopping, window washing, restrooms).
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Complete all required training for the position.
