Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Springfield is seeking entry level Lube Technicians to join our busy service team and learn the automotive trade. This role offers a $17-$19 flat rate pay with opportunities to grow within Lithia & Driveway’s service network.

You’ll perform basic maintenance, assist diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and support senior technicians while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is ideal.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• A team player who focuses on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Help diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Work with the service team to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
