Lithia Ford of Roseburg is seeking a Lube Technician to join our busy service department. You will perform essential maintenance tasks, prepare vehicles for service, and learn from experienced technicians in a Ford dealership environment.

This entry-level role offers $18.50 per hour with open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Lithia's Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as "special tools."
• Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
• Complete all required training
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training
