Job Overview

The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible for acquiring skills and techniques to perform various vehicle services safely and properly. Responsibilities

1. Perform general vehicle maintenance such as replacing filters, checking fluid levels, testing and replacing batteries, washing windshields, and adjusting tire pressure.
2. Conduct visual safety checks and identify fluid leaks.
3. Follow industry safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
4. Support a positive work environment and adhere to grooming and uniform standards (uniform shirts, jacket, and belt provided).
5. Complete required training, attend meetings, and perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
6. Support team efforts and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math and safely use mechanical tools
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in loud and outdoor environments.
• Schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
