The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible for acquiring skills to perform various vehicle services safely and properly, contributing to our team’s success. Training will be provided in the company's methods for job acceleration and career growth, while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

We are looking for entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians eager to learn and grow with us.

Candidates should be willing to learn or already know how to perform the following:

• General Vehicle Maintenance, including:
• Replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, windshield wipers.
• Checking and adjusting under-hood fluid levels.
• Testing, servicing, and replacing vehicle batteries.
• Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure.
• Performing visual safety checks and looking for fluid leaks.
• Maintaining industry safety guidelines.
• Timely attendance and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning.
• Basic computer and register usage.

Uniform shirts, jackets, and belts are provided. Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines.

• Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment.
• Perform duties without damaging vehicles.

General Duties

• Perform maintenance and cleaning, including mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, litter removal, snow and ice removal, and restroom cleaning.
• Complete required training.
• Attend team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills.
• Ability to safely use mechanical tools.
• Self-accountability, teamwork, willingness to learn.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

• Standing, bending, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Frequently lifting/moving up to 40 pounds.
• Work environment can be loud and exposed to weather conditions.
• Varying schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
