The Lube Technician is an entry-level position responsible for acquiring skills to perform various vehicle services safely and properly, contributing to the team’s success. Training will be provided in the company's methods for job acceleration and career growth, while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

We are seeking entry-level to skilled Lube Technicians eager to learn and grow with us.

Candidate should be able to perform or learn the following:

1. General Vehicle Maintenance, including:

• Replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Checking and adjusting under-hood fluid levels.
• Testing, servicing, and replacing vehicle batteries.
• Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure.
• Performing visual safety checks and inspecting for fluid leaks.

Maintaining industry safety guidelines.

Timely attendance and accurate record-keeping.

Basic shop maintenance and cleaning.

Basic computer and register usage skills.

Uniform shirts, jackets, and belts are provided. Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines.

• Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment.
• Perform duties carefully to avoid vehicle damage.

General Duties

1. Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks such as mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, litter removal, snow and ice clearance, and restroom cleaning.
2. Complete required training and attend team meetings.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Valid Driver’s License.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills.
3. Ability to safely use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
4. Self-accountability, teamwork, eagerness to learn.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

1. Stand, bend, walk, talk, hear regularly.
2. Interact with customers and colleagues.
3. Frequently lift/move up to 40 pounds.
4. Work environment can be loud and exposed to weather conditions.
5. Varying schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Duties
