Job summary

Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is seeking a Lube Technician to perform routine maintenance and basic services on Hyundai vehicles in a dealership setting. The role supports flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on quality customer service.

You will handle oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and records, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Prior express/quick lube experience is favorable and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
• 1 year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is favorable.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi‑point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 Flat Rate - Production Driven Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $20.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
