Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. The role performs vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards and helps build customer trust in Napleton for vehicle safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required or assumed.
• Automotive technical training or experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee, the Lube Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.
