Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Lube Technician at Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield. The role performs vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building customer loyalty.

We offer top wages ($17.00–$20.00 per hour), paid training and manufacturer certifications, flexible shifts, weekend options, medical/dental/vision, 401k, vacation and sick time, plus employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
