Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group’s Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform routine vehicle maintenance to dealer and factory standards, contributing to customer trust and vehicle reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to team members.
• Ensure proper tire pressure for inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.

Job Responsibilities:
