Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. The role involves performing vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards to build customer trust and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred in automotive environment.
• Automotive technical training or prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.

Education

Job Requirements:

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
