Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards and to build customer trust through reliable service.

This opportunity is part of a large, family-owned group with extensive training, flexible shifts, and a robust benefits package including health coverage, 401k, paid training, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Automotive technical training or experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
