Lube Technician: The Lube Technician is responsible for all fluid services, including oil changes, transmission, differential, cooling system maintenance, and additional services (e.g., wiper blades, air filters). He/she communicates with customers, educating them on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include courtesy services and tire repair and replacement services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment
2. Explaining programs, services, and pricing to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues
3. Attending relevant training sessions for career development
4. Following safety procedures and reporting hazards or equipment issues to the Shop Manager
