Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Details
  • Full Time, Non-Exempt
  • Reports To: Lift Lube Manager
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (on call)
Position Summary

Install reels, pumps, tanks, and piping associated with lubrication systems. Support and service automotive and truck shop needs, including lifts, oil systems, and air systems. Must have good communication skills with customers.

Essential Functions
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair lift & lube systems
  • Diagnose electronic and mechanical issues and make repairs
  • Install new equipment, test, and adjust as necessary
  • Examine equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customers
  • Reassemble equipment, test, and make adjustments
  • Test and replace electrical components and wiring
  • Record repair details and parts used
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • One year of mechanical experience, hand and power tools required
  • Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable record

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to wear PPE and work at heights
Education

High School Graduate or GED required

Work Environment

Automotive and truck garages, working around equipment and vehicles, including working from manlifts 15-25 feet above ground.

Additional Information
