Job description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family-owned and operated dealerships in the Pacific Northwest and a premier employer in Marysville. We are seeking a Lube Technician to join our Quick Lane Service team at Kendall Ford of Marysville. Our Service Department operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform oil changes and tire rotations.
  2. Top off fluids and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  3. Balance and rotate tires.
  4. Complete basic brake repairs.
  5. Document all work according to manufacturer and Kendall standards.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Lube Technician or similar role.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and time-efficient.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions.

Work is performed indoors in a shop environment. Tool usage includes mechanic’s hand and power tools, which produce vibration and force. Standing and walking are required throughout the shift, along with frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling to access vehicle parts. Lifting and pushing/pulling weights from 20 to 100 pounds may be occasionally required.
