Job summary

Andale Construction, Inc. is seeking a Lube Technician to keep our fleet of heavy equipment in peak condition, performing lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and on-site maintenance to support field crews.

You will inspect hydraulic systems, maintain service records, and operate service trucks while following safety protocols and environmental regulations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors, often in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery (construction or mining industry preferred).
• Knowledge of lubrication systems, hydraulic fluids, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain service trucks and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor and sometimes challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements on heavy construction equipment.
• Inspect hydraulic systems, undercarriages, and other critical components for wear or damage.
• Maintain accurate service records for each piece of equipment.
• Operate service trucks to perform on-site maintenance at job locations.
• Monitor fluid levels and perform fluid sampling for analysis.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling and disposal of lubricants and fluids.
• Communicate equipment needs or potential issues to mechanics and supervisors.

You’ll be a vital link between the shop and the job site—helping us deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
