Lithia Ford of Fresno is hiring a Lube Technician to join our busy service department. You will perform oil and filter changes, rotate tires, check fluids, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. We offer a full-time schedule Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am–2:00pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of lube technician or automotive service experience required
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair procedures
• Team-oriented attitude
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

• Check and top off fluids
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $16.90 - $23.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
