Job summary

Future Honda is seeking motivated candidates to join our service team as Lube Technicians in California. We offer hands-on training and opportunities to grow within Future Automotive Group.

The role involves performing routine maintenance and inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, with training and advancement opportunities available as you develop your automotive skills.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to learn and complete required training.
• Ability to follow service and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Previous lube, express service, automotive maintenance, or automotive school experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Replace filters and perform basic maintenance services.
• Safely move and care for customer vehicles.
• Document completed services and inspection findings.
• Communicate vehicle needs to the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures.
• Complete required manufacturer training.

Pay: Hourly rate ranges between: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do
