Job summary

Donofrio's Dealerships in Salem, Oregon is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive team. You will perform routine oil changes, assist with tire mounting/balancing, and contribute to a clean, organized shop environment while learning and growing within our dealership.

The ideal candidate has oil change experience, a basic understanding of automotive systems, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Oil changes and tire service experience required or from automotive school.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an automotive technology program is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
