Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn essential maintenance skills for customer vehicles. You will be trained to perform tasks safely and accurately while growing with the team.

Responsibilities include replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers; checking under-hood fluids; testing batteries; and maintaining tire pressure and windshields. You’ll also perform general center maintenance and keep precise time records.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• Basic math and communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to learn and use company computer and register.
• Capable of safe, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Check and adjust under-hood fluid levels; test batteries.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and timely attendance; record time accurately.
• Attend team meetings and complete required training.
