Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking an Lube Assistant Manager to oversee the oil and lube department's quality, customer relations, and maintenance at a Full Service location. You will supervise staff, manage safety and costs, and drive upselling opportunities to boost memberships and overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1.5–2 years of management experience, strong sales acumen, and the ability to train and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1.5 -- 2 years of management experience required.
• Car wash, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on membership-based models preferred.
• Technical automotive training
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience leading and developing a team in a high sales environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise operations of the oil and lube department.
• Work closely with General Manager and Site Operations Team.
• Execute open and close duties and follow procedures.
• Ensure a safe environment and compliance with safety rules.
• Maintain quality control and manage labor costs.
