Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair vehicles with a focus on safety and quality. The role includes preventive maintenance, in-fleet servicing, and buy-back work per company procedures.

Eligible for weekend and weekday pay differentials and additional pay for ASE certifications. This full-time position offers growth through apprenticeship and access to manufacturer training, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years (points ≤ 8)
• No drug or alcohol incidents in last 3 years (DUI/DWI)
• 1 year experience in automotive mechanical service procedures in last 3 years
• Must pass background/MVR and drug test

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars per company procedures as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing per company procedures as required.
• Maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2% during servicing.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.

• Full-Time Position with overtime availbility
• $21 - $23 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's
  • $2.00 / hour pay differential for weekday shift (after 11:00 am)
  • $6.00 / hour pay differential for weekend shift
• Additional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications

Must Be Able To Work The Following Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8:30pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)

• Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years
• Must pass background check/MVR and drug test
