Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and support fleet needs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with a clear path for training and advancement.

Compensation features $21–$23 per hour, weekday and weekend differentials, plus comprehensive benefits and a $1,000 tool allowance. Monday to Friday 12pm–8:30pm with growth opportunities across ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and total points not exceeding 8.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must have 1 year of automotive mechanical service procedures experience in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years.
• Must pass background check/MVR and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed to manufacturer's specifications.
• Provide safe, reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing as required.
• Maintain vehicle servicing/repair quality and keep Out-Of-Service below 2%.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards.

• Full-Time Position with overtime availbility
• $21 - $23 / hr starting salary dependent on ASE's
  • $2.00 / hour pay differential for weekday shift (after 11:00 am)
  • $6.00 / hour pay differential for weekend shift
• Additional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required
