Job summary

Linder Turf & Tractor is seeking a Parts Counter Representative for our Moultrie location. The role involves assisting customers at the parts counter or by telephone, processing orders, and distributing equipment parts.

Candidates should have an AA degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to read and interpret manuals and procedures; you will work closely with vendors and the service team to ensure accurate parts fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college/technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals

Responsibilities

• Complete purchase orders and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilize industry data – including manuals and electronic data – to determine specific parts needed by customers, as well as diagnostic assistance to customers
• Contact vendors to order parts
• Review invoices to ensure parts received accurately reflect parts ordered on original requisition forms
• Store parts in designated area and issue parts to service department/customers as needed
• Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically

Job Description

Provides assistance to customers who wish to purchase parts at the parts counter or via telephone. Orders, receives and distributes equipment parts on behalf of customers.

Responsibilities
