Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior LTSS leader to supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering long-term services and supports, coordinating care across the continuum to achieve targeted outcomes. You will guide staff, manage caseloads, and ensure regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, across all workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in health care, including ≥2 years in LTSS/IHSS or equivalent.
• Clinical licensure and/or certification required where state contract/regulation mandates.
• Knowledge of disability and senior access issues.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work with diverse populations.
• Strong time-management and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a multidisciplinary LTSS team to deliver coordinated member care.
• Provides direction to LTSS care coordination team and ensures timely service delivery per regulations.
• Manages staff LTSS caseloads and assigns cases by complexity and licensure.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and standard documentation across systems.
• Collaborates with leadership to optimize staffing and service levels; promotes stakeholder engagement.
