Job summary

TSS is seeking an OPS Help Desk Agent - ADM SVCS Assistant for an onsite role in Nashville, TN. The contractor will support LTSS Help Desk tasks related to the PERLSS implementation, handling calls, emails, and incident tickets.

The position runs for nine months with a phased onboarding and transition plan, 37.5 hours per week, and requires a bachelor or associate degree and strong communication and IT skills.
