Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Sales Account Executive for its China Grover, NC Service Center to drive growth in transportation services. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with shifts aligned to service demand, and includes a benefits package and vacation after probation.

Responsibilities include educating customers, expanding market share, targeting key accounts, and preparing contracts and proposals while staying up-to-date on market trends and competitors within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience preferred.
• Must be PC literate.
• Knowledge of the local market.
• Operations knowledge in an LTL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on all transportation services offered.
• Gain targeted market share in key lanes.
• Target key accounts in selected industries.
• Promote market awareness and visibility.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
