Wavepoint Logistics Service, LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator/LTL Specialist to coordinate Less-Than-Truckload shipments, optimize cost and ensure timely delivery. You will work with carriers, provide customer service, and manage freight logistics efficiently.

Responsibilities include obtaining rate quotes, coordinating with LTL carriers, scheduling, tracking shipments, filing claims, data entry, and building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTL logistics or freight management.
• Strong knowledge of LTL pricing and carrier networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and TMS.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt customer service for LTL shipments.
• Obtain competitive freight rate quotes.
• Coordinate with LTL carriers to optimize service.
• Plan and dispatch shipments for on-time delivery.
• Track shipments and update customers.
• Process and track freight claims.
• Data entry of shipment, carrier, and customer records.
• Develop relationships with existing customers.
• Cold calling new customers to generate opportunities.
