Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Logistics knowledge and understanding of LTL shipping requirements preferred.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Phone, email, and face-to-face etiquette.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Quote, schedule, and track customer shipments via multiple programs and media.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, carriers, and coworkers verbally and electronically.
  • Problem-solve across logistical functions.
  • Update customer reactively and proactively regarding their shipments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members for accounts, modes, and other departments.
