• Manage inbound and outbound LTL freight, parcel, 3PL, and company-truck shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with LTL carriers, 3PL providers, brokers, and regional carriers.
• Negotiate rates, discounts, and service agreements with transportation partners.
• Monitor carrier performance including on-time pickups, transit times, and damages.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing slips, and shipping records; manage freight claims.
