A Long Term Care pharmacist opportunity is available for a licensed professional to support multiple skilled nursing, personal care, and hospice facilities. Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
