Presbyterian Homes & Services, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, seeks a Pharmacy Adjudication Technician to join its Radius Living Rx team. You will review and process insurance claims for long-term care facilities to ensure timely payments and uninterrupted medication delivery to residents.

The role reports to the Billing Manager and supports cross-functional billing operations. Preferred candidates have LTC experience and active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician registration, with a focus on

• Experience in pharmacy or medical claims adjudication.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process insurance claims for long-term care facilities and residents.
• Resolve discrepancies, rejections, and denials with insurers and providers.
• Maintain accurate records of processing, denials, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and pharmacy policies.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, facilities, and internal teams on payments and updates.
• Support other billing operations and participate in process improvements.
