Ebenezer Pharmacy, a closed-door LTC facility in Arden Hills, MN, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support long-term care dispensing and patient services under a licensed pharmacist. You will handle entering prescriptions, refills, insurance billing, and accurate medication preparation in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires data-entry skills, familiarity with pharmacy software, and a MN Pharmacy Technician license. Weekend rotations are part of the schedule, with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Proven data-entry experience in pharmacy information systems.
• Mathematical ability to calculate discounts, proportions, percentages, and volume; interpret prescriptions.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Pharmacy Technician MN license/registration required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescription information and enter new orders into the pharmacy system with high accuracy.
• Communicate with nurses and providers; handle inquiries and route information professionally.
• Create and maintain resident profiles and prescription data for accurate care.
• Process refills and order changes; ensure correct dispensing.
• Handle insurance billing processes for residents.
• Prepare, package, and dispense medications per physician orders and protocols.
