A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Licensed LTC Pharmacist in Washington, NC to support dispensing, patient safety, and pharmacy operations. You will provide medication consultations, oversee staff, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• Strong knowledge of medication safety and dispensing procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Monitor patient medication compliance and identify potential concerns.
• Counsel patients on medications, administration, storage, interactions and side effects.
• Educate patients on devices and methods for monitoring health metrics.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and other staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other pharmacy team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
