Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare LTC pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist in Minnesota to join our long-term care team. You will oversee dispensing operations, ensure accuracy, and support clinical goals in a fast-paced setting.

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, offering variable shifts, weekend rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support colleagues and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in Minnesota and in good standing.
• Education includes B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of orders.
• Maintain security of the pharmacy.
• Adhere to delivery schedules.
• Verify orders entered by technicians for accuracy.
• Check drug packaging and labeling for completeness and precision.
• Prepare and supervise sterile IV drugs if required.
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• Follow HIPAA and state regulations.
