Job summary

Omnicare in the CVS Health family is seeking a part-time Pharmacist for long-term care operations. You will manage daily dispensing, ensure compliance with DEA and state regs, and support drug screening and labeling to ensure safe delivery to facilities.

The role emphasizes patient service, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with on-call evening/weekend coverage. A current U.S. pharmacy license and 1–3 years LTC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
• 1–3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day pharmacy operations ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including DEA policies.
• Supervise staff and oversee order entry, labeling, and dispensing processes.
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage as required.
